   A legal and CA services platform I'm building end to end.

   • Customers browse services, open a matter, pay and message support from a Next.js website or a Flutter app for iOS and Android.
   • Staff run leads, matters with billing, support, professionals, content and access from a permission-driven admin console.
   • One Express, Prisma and PostgreSQL API sits behind all of it: OTP sign-in, service catalogue and search, orders and payments, and a blog with an editorial review workflow.
   • Built to hold up: matter updates are optimistically locked so nobody overwrites anyone, payments use idempotency keys, a transactional outbox and gateway reconciliation, money is stored as integer paise, and every customer query is scoped inside the service layer.

   One codebase, two flavours: a Flutter app on Google Play and a Next.js website for each. Tap once a day to tell your chosen contacts you're okay; if you miss the window plus a 12-hour grace period, they're alerted by email, or by WhatsApp or SMS on Premium. It deliberately has no location tracking, no panic button and no chat. Surakshit Hu is for India and IAmSafe24 is the global version, and both share one design-token system.

   A website for a travel company established in 2013 with 20+ corporate clients, including Muthoot, JBM Group and Kajaria. I first understood how their business works, then designed and built the complete website on my own, from requirement gathering to live deployment, and tuned it for fast load times.

Built and launched academicaffairs.du.ac.in, which serves syllabus content to 100,000+ UG, PG and PhD students. I designed the content structure and media uploads and kept the data 100% accurate. I customised themes to DU branding, improving mobile responsiveness by 20%, and used Yoast SEO to improve search discoverability for 50,000+ users. I also built a portfolio website for the Dean of Academic Affairs.

Architected and built legalpapers.in, a scalable multi-tiered legal-services platform: a React.js front end, a Next.js server-side rendering layer and a MySQL database, for fast and secure delivery. I then extended it into the companion legalpapers Android app (Kotlin, Firebase, Agora) with real-time audio and video consultation, document generation and access to 10,000+ legal documents, and I owned it end to end from design through deployment. As team lead I ran Agile delivery for 7 engineers: sprint planning, code reviews and debugging sessions cut our delivery cycle time by 50% and reduced defects after release. I also optimised legal articles for SEO, lifting traffic by 30%, and managed YouTube content production, improving video views by 25% and click-through rates by 15% with Canva thumbnails.
